Why was my delivery returned to sender?Updated 2 months ago

There are a few common reasons why a parcel in Singapore might not be successfully delivered: The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete (e.g. unit number, block number, or business name missing). The courier was unable to reach you at the time of delivery, and no redelivery was arranged. It was delivered to the wrong address due to address errors or courier misrouting. What Happens If My Parcel Can’t Be Delivered? If delivery attempts are unsuccessful for any of the reasons above, your parcel is typically marked as “Return to Sender” and sent back to our Connor Singapore team. Once it arrives back with us, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps. What Should I Do Next? Make sure to provide: Your order number Your full name Any relevant details from your tracking information We’ll investigate the issue and work with you to arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
