We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the available options for refunds or exchanges. 

Returns: You're welcome to return your items at any Connor Singapore store within 365 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met: The item is in its original condition Swing tags are still attached You present a copy of the invoice 

* Please note that in-store purchases cannot be posted back to our returns location for a refund.

All in-store purchases must be returned in person at one of our physical store locations for a refund or exchange. 

Exchanges: If you’d prefer, you can also exchange your item in-store for another size, colour, or product. Our store team will be happy to assist you in finding the right fit or alternative style.
