To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographic evidence of the fault. Refunds or replacements can't be guaranteed without it. What Counts as a Fault? An item may be considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it: Isn’t safe, durable, or free from unexpected issues (based on the product type and price). Doesn’t perform as expected or is not fit for purpose. Doesn’t match the description provided by us, including on packaging, labels, or in advertising.
