How do I return an online order?Updated 24 days ago

If you're unable to visit a store, you can return your item(s) to our online returns location within 365 days of purchase. 

Singapore and International Customers

Please post your return to the following address:

We kindly ask that you include a printed copy of your invoice or your order number and name written inside the parcel. 

* Please note that online returns are to be organised and covered by the customer. 

Online Exchanges 
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer online exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please place a new online order and return the original item for a refund. 

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

You're welcome to return or exchange your items at any Connor Singapore store within 365 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met: 

• The item is in its original condition 
• Swing tags are still attached 
• You present a copy of the invoice
